Welcome to Brick Chronicle. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://brickchronicle.com, how we use it, and your rights under applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Brick Chronicle is an independent LEGO review and inspiration blog. We publish articles, set reviews, and building guides. We do not sell products and we do not use affiliate links. If you have questions about this policy, you can reach us at contact@brickchronicle.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect minimal data to operate the site:

- Analytics: We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. page views, country of origin). No personal profiles are created and no data is shared with third parties.
We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any contact details (unless you email us directly)
- Payment or financial information
- Data through affiliate tracking links (we do not use affiliate links)
3. Cookies
Brick Chronicle does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. We do not display ads and we do not participate in any affiliate or advertising network.
Your browser may store technical cookies necessary for the site to function correctly (e.g. session identifiers). These cookies contain no personal information and are deleted when you close your browser.
4. External services and third-party content
Some images displayed on this site are loaded from external sources, including:
- Unsplash (images.unsplash.com) — stock photography. Their privacy policy applies when your browser loads images from their servers.
- LEGO.com (www.lego.com) — official LEGO product images.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party services if you are concerned about data they may collect independently.
5. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Where we process personal data (such as IP addresses in server logs), we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you

- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@brickchronicle.com. We will respond within 30 days.
